Ryan has 15+ years of industry experience in the field of power systems engineering, electrical testing and protective relaying. Ryan is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, serving as the Engineer of Record for BEKN Electrical Consultants, LLC. Ryan also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the PMI institute and he is a former NETA Level 4 Certified Senior Technician. Ryan graduated from the Navy Nuclear Power Program in 2001 and spent 6 years in the Navy as a Nuclear Electricians Mate. Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior College in 2007. Ryan’s work history includes holding engineering and NETA field service positions at several major companies in the Houston, Texas area.

Peter has 12 years of experience as a Navy Nuclear Electrician. Peter completed Navy Nuclear Power Program in 2001. During Peter’s naval career he achieved the rank of Chief petty officer (E-7). He taught at Nuclear Power Training Unit from 2001-2003 and completed Motor Rewind school in 2003. He was the leading PO for reactor electrical division on the USS Nimitz from 2004-2006. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Biology from Texas State University.
